Terms of Service

These terms apply to testing services provided by Access Analytical and to use of accessanalytical.com.

Samples

Clients are responsible for accurately identifying submitted samples, including expected compound, lot and label claim. Samples are tested as received. Unused material is retained for 30 days after the certificate is issued and then disposed of unless return is requested at the client's expense.

Results

Results relate only to the sample tested and are not a representation about any other lot, unit or product. Certificates may be reproduced only in full. Access Analytical may revoke a certificate issued in error; revoked certificates are marked as such on their verification page.

Use of results

Certificates report analytical measurements only. They are not an endorsement of any product, seller or use, and do not state that a product is fit for any particular purpose.

Payment

Invoices are issued after receipt of samples and are due on receipt unless otherwise agreed. Certificates may be withheld until payment is received.

Liability

Access Analytical's liability for any claim relating to a test is limited to the fee paid for that test.
