Peptide testing
Lot-level purity, identity and net content for lyophilized research peptides.
What each number means
Purity (HPLC area %)
The main peak's share of everything the detector sees at 214 nm. Related impurities — truncated sequences, deletion products, oxidation — show up as separate peaks and are listed individually on your certificate.
Identity
The sample's main peak is run in the same sequence as a reference standard of the expected compound. Matching retention time under the same conditions confirms the peak is the compound on the label.
Net content
Vials are reconstituted quantitatively and measured against a calibration curve built from the reference standard, giving mg per vial next to the label claim. Purity tells you what fraction is the right compound; content tells you how much of it is there. You need both.
Sample requirements
- One sealed vial per lot for the HPLC Panel
- Original label intact — we photograph it on receipt
- Tell us the expected compound and label claim
- Room-temperature shipping is fine for lyophilized vials
Compounds we test
BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, ipamorelin, CJC-1295, tesamorelin, MOTS-c, NAD+, PT-141 and more. If your compound isn't listed, email us before shipping so we can confirm a reference standard is available.
