Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between purity and content?
Purity is the share of the detected material that is the target compound (HPLC area %). Content is how many milligrams of the target compound are actually in the vial. A vial can be 99% pure and still under-filled — the HPLC Panel reports both.
How do I verify a certificate?
Go to the Verify page and enter the certificate ID, or scan the QR code on the certificate. A genuine certificate opens its record on accessanalytical.com. Compare every field with your document.
What does it mean if an ID is not found?
The document was not issued by us, or the ID was mistyped. Email us a copy and we will check it.
Can a certificate change after it is issued?
No. If a correction is needed we issue a new certificate and mark the old one revoked, so anyone checking the old ID sees that it was withdrawn.
How much sample do you need?
One sealed vial per lot for the HPLC Panel. We will tell you before testing if a compound needs more.
How long does testing take?
5 business days from receipt for standard turnaround, 3 business days for rush.
Who can see my results?
Only you, in your client portal. A certificate is visible to someone else only if you share its link or ID.
Do you test compounds not listed on the site?
Often, yes, if a reference standard is available. Email us the compound name before shipping.
