What we collect

Contact details you enter when submitting samples or requesting portal access, sample descriptions, and the test results we generate. We also count how many times each certificate page is viewed; we do not record who viewed it.

How we use it

To perform testing, deliver results, invoice, and respond to you. We do not sell personal information.

Who can see certificates

Certificate pages are protected by an access code printed on the certificate. Without the code, a certificate's results cannot be viewed. Clients can see their access codes in the Client Portal. Certificate pages are excluded from search engines. Share a certificate only with people you want to see it.

Cookies

We use a single sign-in cookie for the client portal. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Requests

Email info@accessanalytical.com to access or delete your information. Certificates already shared may need to remain verifiable; in that case we can remove your contact details from them.
